About: This position is responsible for ensuring the quality, cleanliness, service, profitability, and the efficient operation of the Dining Area while on duty. Reports to: Management Team. Daily Responsibilities include reflecting positively on the company and its staff, communicating with guests in a congenial manner, ensuring operational deadlines are met, identifying and solving operational issues, contributing to staff morale, and ensuring safety and security procedures are upheld.
Requirements: All Employees are required to be available on Sundays on a rotating basis; No visible piercings other than ears and nose; No visible tattoos for service staff which are macabre, violent, or distasteful in nature; Adhere to all safety, sanitation, and administrative procedures; Ability to maintain a positive and professional demeanor in a high-volume environment; Must be able to work in varying temperatures; Able to bend, lift items, move up to 30 lbs. for distances, and remain active for up to an 8-hour shift; Follow state and federal laws regarding serving alcohol and maintain proper sanitation standards.
