About: Stellar Jay, a rooftop restaurant with a focus on live fire cuisine and vibrant beverages, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Host to join their team in delivering exceptional hospitality experiences. Requirements: Passion for the People, Place, and Culture; minimum of one (1) year experience as a Host in a restaurant setting; experience with reservations platforms; basic computing skills in Word, Excel, and Outlook; TiPS Alcohol service certification and Safe SERV Certificate of Completion or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire; meet local age requirements to serve alcohol; flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays; fluency in English both verbally and non-verbally; ability to stand and walk for extended periods, lift/carry trays and furniture, balance on varied floor surfaces, and handle hot fluids and lighted candles.
