About: Alinea, an award-winning and internationally renowned restaurant founded by Chef Grant Achatz and Nick Kokonas, is seeking a full-time Host to join their team. Alinea is known for its molecular gastronomy techniques and innovative approach to modernist cuisine, earning accolades such as a Michelin 3-Star rating, Best Restaurant in the World, and Best Restaurant in North America. The restaurant focuses on delivering a unique and inspiring dining experience for guests.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; 1 or more years of experience as a host or related role; ability to work in a fast-paced, chef-driven environment; high attention to detail; strong communication and collaboration skills; ability to remain composed under pressure; experience with Tock a plus
