About: P.F. Chang’s, a renowned restaurant chain known for its Asian-inspired cuisine, is seeking Host or Hostesses to join their team. The Host is responsible for delivering exceptional hospitality by managing the restaurant’s flow, creating positive first and last impressions for guests, quoting accurate wait times, and addressing guest inquiries.
Requirements: Previous experience is not required – we provide training; Excellent customer service skills and etiquette; Ability to follow sanitation and safety protocols; Effective communication with team members and guests; Flexibility to work various shifts; Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
