About: Hosts at our dining establishment play a crucial role in creating a welcoming and attentive dining experience for our customers. They lead guests to their tables, manage reservations, and support the front of house staff in ensuring smooth dining operations.
Requirements: Welcome guests in a warm and friendly manner; Ascertains guests’ dining/lodging needs; Seats guests and manages the seating chart; Books reservations; Monitors restaurant activity for seating and dining flow; Responds to guest inquiries and requests promptly and efficiently; Performs opening and closing duties; Assists with side work such as cleaning, stocking, and organizing; Collaborates with team members and other departments to maintain positive working relationships
