About: Il Cervo, a high-end Italian restaurant located on top of The Trade, Milwaukee’s premier luxury hotel, is set to open in the Spring of 2023 in the Deer District near the Fiserv Forum. It is the latest addition to Food Fight Restaurant Group’s portfolio of nearly 20 Wisconsin restaurants, known for its hand-rolled pasta, homemade cheeses, and dry-aged steaks served Florentine-style.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; previous experience in hospitality; positive attitude and strong customer service skills; legible handwriting; ability to stand for extended periods and work quickly; commitment to teamwork; excellent oral communication skills
