About: Luxury Host: A luxury jewelry retailer in Manhattan is looking for a skilled customer service professional to engage with high-end clientele in-store.
Requirements: Must have prior Luxury/High-end customer service, concierge, or retail experience; Must have a minimum of 3-4 days availability including both Saturday and Sunday; Shifts will run from 9 am – 7 pm; COVID-19 Vaccination is required; Well-spoken, good listening skills, and professional demeanor; Must be comfortable communicating with VIP clients of high net worth; Self-motivated; A team player with a keen sense of attentiveness to guests; Ability to stand, walk, and bend for long periods of time throughout the work day.
