Position: Host
About: The Greene Turtle is looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Host to supervise and coordinate dining room activities. The host will warmly greet and seat guests, practice strong telephone etiquette, and ensure exceptional guest service at all times.
Requirements: Answer incoming telephone calls promptly and professionally; possess knowledge of the POS system for sales transactions; greet and welcome guests with complete guest service; understand food, beverages, and merchandise offerings; set tables properly and arrange for large parties; maintain dining room and restaurant cleanliness throughout shift; ensure an adequate supply of clean menus; act professionally and assist with large parties and server coordination; greet and thank guests upon entrance and exit; assist in table cleaning and resetting as needed; be willing to take on additional responsibilities as assigned by management; maintain the Merchandise Showcase
