About: P.F. Chang’s is currently hiring Hosts or Hostesses for immediate full-time or part-time positions. The Host is responsible for delivering an excellent hospitality experience by maintaining the overall flow of the restaurant, providing a positive first and last impression to guests, and managing guest inquiries and wait times professionally.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; excellent customer service skills and etiquette; ability to execute proper sanitation practices and safety procedures; effective communication with co-workers and guests; flexibility to work various shifts; multitasking ability in a fast-paced team environment
