About: This role involves providing a warm and genuine greeting to each guest, answering telephones, taking reservations and messages, maintaining accurate guest counts, and performing coat check duties. The company focuses on delivering exceptional hospitality experiences that exceed guest expectations and follow strict safety and sanitation guidelines.
Requirements: Have availability to work a variety of hours, including weekends and holidays; follow all systems, policies, and procedures as outlined in the Employee Handbook; provide genuine hospitality to all guests; successfully complete alcohol awareness training and/or food handler training courses; be committed to teamwork and have a pleasant attitude; assist with clearing, cleaning, and resetting tables; be proficient in the use of reservation application system and headset radio; provide proper telephone etiquette; maintain honesty and integrity in all aspects of employment; safely move chairs and tables as needed; communicate clearly and hospitably with guests and teammates; multitask while maintaining a calm and professional demeanor; work in a space of varying noise, temperature, and crowd levels; stand and/or walk for the duration of your shift; lift and move items up to 25 pounds occasionally, and up to 50 pounds in general; practice proper safety guidelines at all times; 2 years of experience
