About: The Host is a support-level position at Firestone Walker that involves directing guests to their table, cleaning, sanitizing, and ensuring a positive guest experience. The role focuses on maintaining quality standards and providing a welcoming environment for all guests.
Requirements: High School diploma or higher, must be 18 years of age or older; Must be able to obtain Food Handlers Card within 30 days of hire; Current California Responsible Beverage Service certification required before beginning work; Prior experience in a fast-paced restaurant or customer service preferred; Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of staff and guests; Strong organizational skills and professionalism, ability to work well in a team and under pressure; Ability to multitask, prioritize customer satisfaction, and be proactive
