About: The Restaurant Host plays a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests. In addition to the current responsibilities outlined in the job description, the Restaurant Host will also: Greet and welcome all guests with warmth and hospitality, adhering to company standards, and seating them promptly. Coordinate seating arrangements efficiently, ensuring a balanced workload for wait staff across all sections. Foster and maintain positive relationships with guests, addressing any concerns or special requests promptly and courteously. Manage telephone inquiries and reservations, utilizing proper phone etiquette and maintaining accurate reservation records. Familiarize oneself with the Calabra food and beverage menus to provide recommendations and answer guest inquiries. Ensure cleanliness and organization in the front-of-house environment, including the reception area and dining sections. Assist in coordinating with other departments to enhance the overall guest experience, such as coordinating special requests or events.
