The Host position is about ensuring the guest dining experience is enjoyable, well-timed, and pleasant, taking reservations, greeting and seating guests, thanking guests as they depart, assigning necessary tables pre-shift, answering phones, providing menus, and performing additional opening and closing side work-related job duties such as cleaning, stocking, and setting up the host stand for the next shift.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in a hospitality or restaurant setting preferred; strong communication and customer service skills; ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
