About: TGI Fridays is seeking a friendly and service-oriented Host(ess) to create a warm and welcoming dining experience for guests, ensuring high standards of service and hospitality. The role involves greeting, seating, and bidding farewell to guests, as well as managing guest flow in the dining and bar areas while upholding brand standards and delivering exceptional service.
Requirements: Must be able to carry natural conversations with guests without sounding scripted or intrusive; must be able to read menus and articulate clear greetings and farewells to guests; ability to communicate guests’ needs to various staff members effectively; strong listening and communication skills; capable of standing, walking, and carrying trays or supplies (10-30 lbs) throughout the shift
