Requirements: Qualification standards: Must provide a minimum of 1-year full-service restaurant experience or equivalent; accurate mathematic skills; knowledge of menu, specials, restaurant layout including table and station numbers; ability to meet personal schedule requirements punctually, stand for long periods, move safely throughout the restaurant, work in a noisy and crowded environment, and work nights, weekends, and holidays.
