About: Bass Pro Shops is seeking a Host to ensure all restaurant guests are greeted warmly, made to feel welcome, and seated in a friendly manner. The position involves supporting a strong commitment to customer service, managing wait lists, assisting guests, and maintaining a pleasant dining environment.
Requirements: High school diploma/GED preferred; Experience in and passion for consumer service; Willingness to learn new skills and be a team player; Follow proper procedures as explained; Ability to memorize menu items; Ability to stay calm and efficient when busy
