About: Taste Bud Management is seeking a dedicated Host / Hostess to represent their guest relations in the restaurant. As the first point of contact for guests, you play a crucial role in creating a positive and memorable experience. Your responsibilities include answering phone calls promptly, ensuring excellent telephone etiquette, having in-depth knowledge of the menu, coordinating orders for delivery, managing restaurant flow, seating guests, and liaising with management for smooth operations.
Requirements: High school diploma or general education degree (GED); one to three months related experience and/or training; ability to learn, understand, discuss, and utilize company culture; strong communication skills in English; basic mathematical and reasoning abilities; physical ability to stand, walk, lift weights up to 50 pounds, and navigate different surfaces and environments
