About: Zea Rotisserie and Bar/Taste Buds Management is seeking a Host/Hostess to be the Guest Relations Representative, making the first and lasting impression on guests. This role involves answering phones, ensuring a superior guest experience, coordinating orders, managing seating, and maintaining cleanliness standards for the restaurant environment.
Requirements: High school diploma or general education degree (GED); one to three months related experience or training; ability to learn and utilize company culture effectively; strong communication skills in English; basic math and reasoning abilities; ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds; physical stamina for standing and walking, including on various surfaces; flexibility to work in varying temperature conditions and loud environments
