About: Hotel Lucine is seeking enthusiastic and customer-oriented individuals to join their team as Host. The hotel is committed to offering a unique and people-centric experience to guests on the Gulf Coast, with a focus on greeting and welcoming guests, managing reservations, and providing exceptional customer service.
Requirements: At least 1+ years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry; strong knowledge of restaurant operations, including managing reservations, seating guests, and customer service best practices; ability to work collaboratively with other Hosts, servers, kitchen staff, and management to ensure a successful service; must be punctual and reliable, arriving at work on time and ready to work; ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members; must have an ownership-driven mentality and be willing to take on additional responsibilities as needed
