The Host position is responsible for ensuring the guest dining experience is enjoyable, well-timed, and pleasant, taking reservations, greeting and seating guests, thanking guests as they depart, assigning tables, providing servers with chits, answering phones, seating guests, providing menus, and performing additional opening and closing side work.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in a hosting or customer service role preferred; strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment; attention to detail and organizational skills
