About: At F&B 575 LLC, we manage the food and beverage operations at Aman New York with a focus on embodying values of passion, trust, respect, teamwork, bespoke service, accountability, sustainability, and fun. As the Host at Arva with F&B 575 at Aman New York, you will be the first point of contact for all guests, providing genuine hospitality and ensuring all guest needs are met.
Requirements: 1 year experience in a luxury hotel environment or similar setting in restaurants or food and beverage; Must be able to work weekends and have open availability; Must be capable of working in a team-oriented environment to achieve guest satisfaction; Must be able to take constructive criticism and work well in a team dynamic; Positive, engaging, and energetic personality; Must be personable and able to anticipate guests’ needs; Able to be organized, manage time wisely and work with little to no direct supervision; Very high attention to detail; Sensitive to cultural nuances; Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal in English; Able to handle tasks in an intense, fast-paced environment; Excellent people skills and ability to work under pressure; Maintain a clean and professional appearance; Ability to stand for extended periods of time; Multi-lingual is a plus; Experience working with SevenRooms is preferred; TIPS Certified
