With 14 locations owned and operated in 4 states, Gibsons Restaurant Group spans 9 distinguished concepts including Gibsons Bar & Steakhouse, Hugo’s Frog Bar & Fish House, LUXBAR, Quartino Ristorante & Wine Bar, Gibsons Italia, Chi Sox Bar & Grill (on behalf of the Chicago White Sox), Hugo’s Frog Bar & Chop House (on behalf of Rivers Casino and Sugarhouse Casino), and The BOATHOUSE (on behalf of Creative Attractions).
Requirements: High school diploma or GED or equivalent and at least one year of experience and/or working in a customer service role; must be able to communicate effectively and professionally with customers both on the phone and in person; must maintain professionalism in high-stress situations; must be able to utilize basic computer skills for data entry; must be able to read and interpret basic documents
