As a host at Olive Garden, the role involves creating the guests’ first and lasting impression through a warm smile and friendly conversations, ensuring a welcoming and safe environment for the guests’ dining experience. Hosts are responsible for sanitizing and disinfecting various touchpoints, guiding guests to their tables, presenting clean menus, offering dining suggestions, thanking guests for their visit, wishing them farewell, and inviting them back to the restaurants.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in a customer-facing role preferred; strong communication and customer service skills; attention to detail and ability to maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards; ability to work in a team environment
