About: A restaurant in need of a Front-of-House Staff to manage guest reception, reservations, customer service, table management, cleanliness, problem resolution, and adherence to company policies. Duties also include assisting with front-of-house tasks, maintaining attendance, following dress code, and effective communication. Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays is preferred.
Requirements: Reports To: Front-of-House Manager / General Manager; Guest Reception: Greet and welcome guests, manage seating, handle waitlists, reservations, and table assignments; Reservations Management: Collect guest information, ensure availability, and assign tables; Customer Service: Address inquiries, manage waitlists, take orders, ensure positive dining experience; Table Management: Monitor guest flow, ensure timely seating and table turnover; Cleanliness: Maintain host area cleanliness, assist with table setup; Problem Resolution: Address guest complaints promptly, escalate if needed; Company Policies: Follow all guidelines, health standards, conduct, and safety procedures; Other Duties: Assist front-of-house tasks, maintain attendance, follow dress code, communicate effectively, able to work nights, weekends, and holidays
