About: P.F. Chang’s is currently seeking full-time or part-time Host or Hostesses to join their team. The Host is responsible for delivering exceptional hospitality by managing the flow of the restaurant, providing a positive first and last impression to guests, quoting accurate wait times, and addressing guest inquiries.
Requirements: Previous experience not required; excellent customer service skills and etiquette; ability to follow sanitation practices and safety procedures; effective communication with co-workers and guests; flexibility to work various shifts; adept at multitasking in a fast-paced, team environment
