About: P.F. Chang’s is currently hiring Hosts or Hostesses for both full-time and part-time positions. The Host is responsible for ensuring an exceptional hospitality experience by managing the restaurant’s overall flow, providing a positive first and last impression to guests, and accurately quoting wait times when necessary. This role plays a crucial part in maintaining high service standards and guest satisfaction at P.F. Chang’s.
Requirements: Previous experience is not required – we will provide training; Excellent customer service skills and etiquette; Ability to execute proper sanitation practices and safety procedures; Effective communication with co-workers and guests; Flexibility to work different shifts; Strong multitasking skills in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
