About: TGI Fridays is seeking a Host(ess) to present a positive first impression of the restaurant by providing friendly service, excellent standards, and a warm welcome to guests. The role involves greeting and seating guests, informing them of promotions, managing guest flow, and ensuring a smooth dining experience from start to finish.
Requirements: Must be able to carry natural conversations with guests without sounding scripted or intrusive; must be able to read menus; must be able to articulate clear greetings and farewells to guests, as well as understand requests for assistance; must have strong communication skills to relay guests’ needs effectively to other team members; must have good hearing in a loud environment to respond to guests and phone calls; must be able to walk, stand, reach, bend, and lift trays or supplies (10-30 lbs); must demonstrate passion for guest satisfaction, effective communication, flair, salesmanship, reliability, stress tolerance, and teamwork.
