About: Elsa’s Mexican Restaurants invites you to join the team providing amazing service to guests treated like family. The host’s role is to ensure guests are greeted warmly, seated, and served, contributing to an excellent dining experience. The successful host must be engaging and genuinely interested in Elsa’s success.
Requirements: Professional appearance, positive attitude; work well in a team environment; dependable, reliable means of transportation; reliable and flexible with work schedule, including days, nights, weekends, holidays; able to take direction, multitasking, organizational skills; ability to stand, bend, reach, and walk for long periods; ability to lift up to 30lbs; good conversational skills with an outgoing personality; desire to grow and learn within the restaurant and hospitality industry; high school graduate or equivalent preferred; some restaurant experience preferred
