About: Ralph Brennan’s collection of six high-energy, high-experience restaurants, alongside a catering company and a bakery, is known for its dedication to inspired, locally-sourced cuisine and exceptional hospitality presented in the most revered and iconic dining spaces of New Orleans.
Requirements: Experienced host in an upscale, fine dining restaurant; knowledgeable about New Orleans attractions; adept at building and maintaining relationships with guests; exceptional communication skills with both guests and staff; professional demeanor and ability to stay composed and positive under pressure
