About: TGI Fridays is seeking a friendly and welcoming Host(ess) to provide excellent service and create a positive first impression for guests at their establishment. The role involves greeting and seating guests, communicating promotions, managing guest flow, and ensuring a seamless dining experience. The ideal candidate will embody TGI Fridays’ service standards and contribute to maintaining a high level of guest satisfaction and engagement.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; ability to engage in natural conversations with guests; good communication skills; strong interpersonal skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment; keen observation skills; physical stamina to stand, walk, and carry trays or supplies throughout the shift.
