Position: Hospitality Supervisor

Requirements: Minimum 3 years of direct reports management experience; hospitality background preferred; proven leadership skills focused on coaching, training, and accountability; excellent communication and delegation abilities; initiative and independent problem-solving skills; detail-oriented, organized, and adaptable to changing priorities; embraces technology for team collaboration; ability to build positive relationships; thrives in a fast-paced startup environment; basic spreadsheet knowledge required; must have a flexible schedule and be available for night and weekend shifts; regular access to a reliable smartphone and vehicle with a valid driver’s license and insurance required.
