Position: Hospitality Server
About: Eastcastle Place is a Senior Living and Health Services Facility located in Milwaukee. They have been proudly serving seniors for over 140 years, offering a continuum of care that promotes active and fulfilling lifestyles while respecting the dignity and independence of each resident. They are currently looking for a Hospitality Server to join their team and provide top-notch service to residents in a vibrant healthcare setting.
Requirements: High School diploma or GED required; minimum of 1-3 years experience working in hospitality service; minimum of 1 year experience working as a server for a sit-down restaurant or facility; ability to build connections and keep a professional manner; front of house service skills; ability to interpret and explain menu items; strong customer service skills; communication skills; ability to work under pressure; strong work ethic; ability to multitask; teamwork and ability to work independently; friendly and approachable demeanor with a passion for helping others
