Position: Hospitality Server
About: Eastcastle Place, a senior living and health services facility committed to providing exceptional care for seniors, is seeking a Server to join their team. The facility has been serving seniors for over 140 years, offering a continuum of care that promotes active and fulfilling lifestyles while respecting residents’ dignity and independence.
Requirements: High School diploma or GED; minimum 1-3 years experience in hospitality service; minimum 1 year experience as a server for a sit-down restaurant or facility; ability to interpret and explain menu items; strong customer service and communication skills; ability to work under pressure and multitask; teamwork and independent work ability; friendly and approachable demeanor with a passion for helping others
