Requirements: High School or GED; 1-3 years experience working in hospitality service; 1 year experience working as a server for a sit-down restaurant or facility; ability to build connections and maintain a professional demeanor; front of house service skills; ability to interpret and explain menu items; strong customer service and communication skills; ability to work under pressure; strong work ethic; ability to multitask; teamwork and independence; friendly and approachable demeanor with a passion for helping others
