Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Training & Development, or related field; Master’s degree is a plus; Proven experience as a Training Manager in the hospitality industry; Excellent knowledge of hospitality principles, guest service, and etiquette; Effective communication and interpersonal skills; Experience with learning management systems (LMS) preferred; Ability to assess training needs and develop customized training solutions
