Position: Hospitality Manager
About: Octagon, a global sports, entertainment, and experiential marketing arm of the Interpublic Group, is seeking a Hospitality Manager to join their skilled and energetic Hosting x Hospitality Team. The role involves planning and executing event and experiential marketing programs with unique sport, culinary, and entertainment elements, along with travel destinations worldwide. The position offers exposure to high-profile partners, collaboration with internal and external teams, and the opportunity to provide exceptional onsite hospitality for brand clients’ important guests.
Requirements: Highly organized and efficient individual with a passion for sports, entertainment, gaming, music, and lifestyle culture; 5+ years of related events experience, preferably in hospitality; exceptional client management and interpersonal skills; strong project management abilities, including budget handling and financial record management; flexibility to travel, work weekends, and adapt to diverse environments; proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; preferred bilingualism; willingness to work weekends and holidays as needed.
