Requirements: Minimum of 2 years in event planning or coordination within the hospitality industry; ability to work independently and build processes from the ground up; strong organizational, critical thinking skills and proficiency in time management; clear and concise written and verbal communication skills; must be dependable, trustworthy and maintain a high level of confidentiality; detail-oriented and able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines; willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed for events
