Position: Hospitality Associate/Barista (40 hours)
About: Responsible for the creation and serving of specialty coffee and espresso-based drinks, as well as performing food service duties including cooking, prepping, cleaning, and general sanitation at a reputable establishment. The work requires advanced technical skills and the ability to work independently to resolve issues effectively.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED equivalent; Barista or specialty drink certification required; 1-2 years of retail hospitality culinary experience; Math skills and cash handling experience; Knowledge of cash register and credit card machine operation; Excellent customer service and communication skills; Ability to handle cash transactions and explain policies to customers; Courteous and tactful interactions with patients, visitors, and staff
