Position: Hospitality and Event Coordinator

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Business, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience); proven experience in event planning, coordination, or hospitality operations; strong proficiency in Excel, Canva, and Adobe tools, with experience in CRM platforms; ability to stay calm, organized, and adaptable in fast-moving environments; strong administrative and organizational skills with attention to detail; willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends for events; ability to travel when needed (less than 10% of the role); baseline knowledge of sports teams, leagues, and live event industries.
