Position: Hospital Valet – Mercy St Charles, Oregon, Ohio
About: Towne Park is committed to offering exceptional hospitality services to guests in a friendly and efficient manner. The Guest Service Associate is responsible for parking and retrieving guest vehicles promptly and safely, as well as assisting with luggage. This position requires providing information to guests, issuing parking instructions, and managing revenue collection.
Requirements: High school diploma or general education degree (GED); a valid driver’s license and clean driving record; must be at least 18 years of age and pass a criminal background and drug screen; one (1) month related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience; knowledge of customer and personal services principles; ability to read, write, and communicate effectively; ability to perform basic mathematical operations and operate a manual transmission; ability to handle physical requirements of the job
