Position: Honey Salt Manager / Assistant General Manager
About: Honey Salt, a farm-to-table inspired restaurant in Las Vegas, founded by Elizabeth Blau and Kim Canteenwalla in 2012, is currently hiring for the position of Assistant General Manager. The ideal candidate will join a team dedicated to providing top-notch hospitality and leadership in the restaurant industry.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; minimum 3 years of previous food and beverage management experience; Bachelor’s Degree highly preferred; ability to lift or carry a minimum of 20 pounds; experience working in a chef-centric concept; strong leadership abilities, excellent customer service skills, ability to multi-task and perform calmly in a fast-paced environment; familiarity with analysis of restaurant financials; exceptional verbal and written communication skills; ability to work in a fast-moving environment; knowledge of inventory management; experience in training, mentoring, and educating team members
