Position: Home2 Suites Charlotte I 77 South – Breakfast Attendant PT
About: The Complimentary AM Attendant is responsible for providing the highest quality of service possible to guests in an efficient and courteous manner within the complimentary breakfast area of a hotel. The individual is expected to be familiar with hotel-brand standards, guest expectations, and the unique characteristics of the hotel and local area.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent and/or experience in a hotel or a related field preferred; ability to work a varied schedule that may include evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays; legal age to serve alcoholic beverages and completion of a responsible serving course such as TIPs; valid Food Handlers card; strong problem-solving skills; ability to handle stressful situations calmly; positive attitude and willingness to learn new tasks; basic knowledge of food and beverage preparation; numerical proficiency; effective communication with customers and staff; attentive and friendly approach towards guests and employees
