About: Mosaic at Home, a provider of shared living services for individuals with disabilities, is seeking Host Home / Shared Living providers in Illinois. This opportunity offers an average annual income of $33,000 (federally tax-free) plus room and board in select counties including Boone, Fulton, Ford, Grundy, and more. As a home provider, you will share your home with an individual with a disability, fostering independence and life skills while offering varying levels of support based on individual needs.
