Position: Home Provider / Family Caregiver – Colorado/Larimer Co.
About: Mosaic at Home is seeking Host Home / Shared Living providers in Colorado to offer improved quality of life and community access for individuals with disabilities through shared living services. Providers offer support and mentorship in a safe and healthy home environment, fostering independence and cultivating life skills for individuals with varying support needs.
Requirements: Must be a resident of the state of Colorado; Own or rent a home/apartment/condo/townhouse; At least 18 years of age; Experience preferred but not required; Reliable computer and internet access; Complete all state mandated trainings; Environmentally safe and clean residence; Ability to pass State/Federal and APS/CPS background check
