About: As an Assistant General Manager at our hotel, you will play a vital role in ensuring guest satisfaction and overseeing the efficient operation of the establishment. You will supervise various departments, focus on driving revenue, controlling costs, and developing associates to achieve hotel profitability. We are looking for a natural leader with strong problem-solving and communication skills, dedicated to upholding high standards and supporting hotel operations to create memorable guest experiences.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; proven experience in hotel management or a related field; excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication abilities; ability to maintain high standards and operational effectiveness; overtime eligibility as an OEM with a clear understanding of overtime policies
