Requirements: Ability to train and supervise associates from different departments; thorough knowledge of business conduct standards; strong communication skills; experience in recruitment and performance evaluation; proficiency in budgeting, monitoring profit and loss and managing departmental finances; knowledge of federal, state and local regulations; understanding of market conditions, contributing to sales plans and fostering key account relationships.
