Position: HOA Manager/Community Manager
About: The Avenue Bellevue development in Bellevue is seeking a proactive and dedicated HOA Manager/Community Manager to oversee the management and operations of the two residential HOA associations within the newly constructed mixed-use residence project. This project comprises 365 luxury serviced condominium units across two towers, intricately linked with the InterContinental Hotel Bellevue, a convention center, various dining options, a 1,000-unit parking garage, and an extensive 80,000sf luxury retail space.
Requirements: High school diploma (or equivalent); Associate’s Degree preferred; solid proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word; experience with HOA software (AppFolio, BuildingLink, etc.); strong leadership skills with public speaking abilities; adept at conflict resolution and meeting deadlines; exceptional multitasking capabilities; excellent written and verbal communication skills; dedicated to providing top-notch customer service with meticulous attention to detail and organizational skills; team player with the capacity to manage shifting priorities and learn company processes and proprietary software; reliable transportation for site visits and availability for evening and weekend meetings; possession and maintenance of a valid driver’s license, vehicle insurance, and clean driving record in line with company policy
