Position: Historic Home Event Staff

Requirements: High school diploma/GED or higher; three (3) to five (5) years of related experience; working knowledge of modern office equipment, including computers; strong customer service skills and ability to respond effectively in dynamic customer interactions; flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and tasks; ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team; ability to resolve problems and develop relevant alternatives and recommendations; ability to manage multiple tasks and be detail-oriented; strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to foster positive public relations and engage effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds and roles; experience with equity-minded work and/or understanding of individuals of diverse identities such as race, ethnicity, socioeconomic level, sexual orientation, veterans, and individuals with different academic preparation levels and varying physical and learning abilities.
