About: Pinstripes, an upscale entertainment-dining venue offering a Bistro, Bowling, and Bocce, serves Italian/American cuisine out of a scratch kitchen with an extensive wine list, local craft beers, and handcrafted cocktails. The establishment provides a unique and fun environment for guests to enjoy a great experience.
Requirements: Provides memorable guest service; accurately takes orders; able to answer questions regarding the menu; taking orders in a timely fashion; work together as a cohesive team with other servers and kitchen staff; offer suggestions and recommendations in regards to orders and drinks; help personalize the meal; process payment; maintain a clean working environment; must provide excellent customer service; ability to be on your feet for up to 6 hours; always be neat in appearance and follow uniform and grooming guidelines; in-depth knowledge of serving customers’ needs and understanding of serving food to customers
