About: This job posting is for a Shift Manager position in a restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee. The franchisee has a license to use McDonald’s logos and food products but is a separate employer from McDonald’s USA. The Shift Manager will provide leadership to the crew and ensure quality, service, and cleanliness for customers.
Requirements: Previous leadership experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment; positive team player with a flexible schedule who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment; minimum age of 18 years old to be a manager in corporate owned and operated restaurants
